Job Description:

Mitchell Tingle is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Hemet, CA. The RBT will assist in implementing behavior intervention plans to support students with behavioral and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
  • Provide direct support to students during therapy sessions and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
Qualifications:
  • RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with children with behavioral challenges preferred.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
