Virtual Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in California

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students functional abilities and design appropriate intervention plans.
  • Provide virtual therapeutic interventions and specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, parents, and support staff to optimize student learning outes.
  • Monitor student progress regularly, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain detailed records of student performance and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and transition plans.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in California.
  • Proven experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of educational strategies and therapeutic interventions for diverse learners.
  • Excellent munication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment.
  • Passion for improving the lives of students with special needs and a mitment to their educational success.
