Shift: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Echo Technologist to join a healthcare facility in Normal, IL, for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves performing high-quality echocardiograms and collaborating with a dedicated medical team. The position offers a stable daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct various echocardiographic procedures, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms
  • Prepare patients and ensure proper positioning for accurate imaging
  • Operate echocardiography equipment and maintain its functionality
  • Analyze and interpret echocardiographic results, providing detailed reports
  • Work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals for patient care
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to infection control standards
  • Document and code imaging procedures accurately

Qualifications:

  • ARDMS (AE) or CCI (RCS) certification required
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Echo Technologist
  • Proficiency in performing and interpreting echocardiographic procedures
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and complete Joint Commission onboarding
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
