Job Title: Telepractice Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Empowering Students Virtually in New York

Are you a seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for making a meaningful impact on students' lives? VocoVision, a pioneer in telepractice, is actively seeking a dynamic SLP to join our virtual team for a school-based position in the state of New York.

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
  • Deliver engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Foster collaboration with school staff, parents, and fellow professionals to ensure comprehensive student support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Possess valid New York State SLP licensure.
  • Maintain ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
  • Bring a minimum of 2 years of valuable school-based experience to the table.
  • Demonstrate tech-savviness with a reliable internet connection and proficient computer skills.
