Job Title: RevElate Project Manager
Location: Remote (Travel Required as Needed/Possibly Once a month and during Go Lives)
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Start Date: January 2025
Interview Process: Teams Interview 

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RevElate Project Manager to lead an implementation of the RevElate application for a large healthcare system client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Cerner Revenue Cycle implementations and optimizations, with at least 7 years of relevant expertise. A background with RevElate and a certification in the platform is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Health’s RevElate application.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including client leadership, IT teams, and client staff, to ensure project goals and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plan, timelines, and documentation.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, client, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and problem-solving expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in Cerner Revenue Cycle solutions.
  • RevElate Expertise: Experience leading a RevElate implementation is a major plus; certification is a plus.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong proficiency in managing complex, multi-phase projects with tight deadlines.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Cerner/Oracle Health Revenue Cycle application, workflows, and integration points.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certification: PMP certification is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
