RPh on the Go, a premier pharmacy staffing agency, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Overnight Pharmacist to join our team for a 7 on / 7 off rotation at a long-term care facility in Concord, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who thrives in overnight shifts and is passionate about serving long-term care patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately review and fill medication orders for residents in the facility.
  • Provide patient-specific drug therapy recommendations to healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
  • Manage medication inventory and oversee medication storage and disposal.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care with attention to detail and accuracy, especially during overnight hours.

Shift:

  • 7 on 7 off: 8:00pm - 7:00am

Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy experience.
  • New Hampshire pharmacy license.
