Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a position in the Napoleon, OH area. This role will involve providing essential behavior analysis services to students within a school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with challenging behaviors
  • Providing direct behavior therapy services to students and training support staff on behavior intervention strategies
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement behavior support plans
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participating in team meetings and providing consultation to school staff on behavior management strategies

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working as a BCBA in a school or clinical setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
