About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in Cayce, SC, for the 2024-2025 school year. This part-time role involves supporting the social, emotional, and educational needs of students, working closely with staff, students, and families to foster a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, a commitment to collaboration, and a genuine passion for student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify students needs and recommend interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to develop effective support plans
  • Provide counseling and intervention services to address students' social and emotional challenges
  • Support crisis intervention efforts as needed
  • Develop and facilitate workshops or support programs for students, staff, and families

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
  • South Carolina State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a school setting preferred
