ProCare Therapy is excited to bring a Social Worker onto our team for the 2024-2025 academic year. We are partnering with a district that requires full-time assistance for a K-12th grade caseload. While the district prefers Social Workers with school-based experience, they are open to considering all qualified professionals in the field. Interviews are being conducted now, so please email your resume to be considered.

Job Details:
  • Onsite near the Manitou Springs, Coloradoarea
  • Start ASAP
  • # students/ageson caseload TBD
  • 1 or more school sites (mileage can be reimbursed between school sites)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct services to students with mental health services on their IEP including 1:1 meetings, social skills groups, etc.
  • Conduct evaluations in the social emotional area and IEP development and documentation
  • Support with development of FBAs and BIPs, provide crisis support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work with School Social Work certification in Colorado.
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
