Job Position: Occupational Therapist

Location: Roslyn, NY

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Position Overview:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating clients needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals. You will work with a diverse population, including children, adults, and seniors, in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive evaluations to assess clients physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective therapy interventions.
  • Educate clients and their families on strategies to promote independence and improve daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate leveldegree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience in [schools, pediatrics, geriatrics, skilled nursing,mental health] preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
