Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our clients team as a Logistics Coordinator. This role is essential for facilitating the smooth operation of our production and distribution processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Shipping Documentation: Create, manage, and document all shipping paperwork, including packing slips and bills of lading.
  • Shipment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of orders.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with production teams to verify product availability and readiness for shipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update logistics records and databases.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in logistics, accounting, or office administration is a plus.
