Job Title: Regional Service Center Manager

Location: 11535 Production Drive, Reno, NV 89506, United States

Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing/logistics.
  • Experience in the coatings industry is a bonus.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Customer service commitment and a strong focus on safety practices.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with handling hazardous materials safely.
Key Responsibilities:Functional Leadership:
  • Site Management: Oversee both administrative and operational functions with direct accountability for team members.
  • Safety Culture: Promote and strengthen a "zero incident" culture, ensuring compliance with safety standards like PPE usage and forklift certifications.
Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure the accurate and timely shipment of all customer and consignment orders.
  • Manage site inventory valued at $2M to $5.5M.
  • Analyze and address inefficiencies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Implement best practices for operational workflows and tools to achieve budget targets.
Technology and Systems Implementation:
  • Lead the successful implementation of SAP S/4 Hana WM and TM modules by ensuring data accuracy, testing, and staff training.
Customer Support:
  • Enhance customer service to align with sales goals while maintaining profitability.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
  • Set performance goals in line with business objectives.
  • Monitor productivity metrics and conduct root-cause analyses for failures, implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date visual boards showcasing productivity, quality, and EHS metrics.
Team Leadership:
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and ensure safety compliance for all team members.
  • Collaborate with HR and Warehouse Operations Management to resolve team-related issues.
