Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team in Boerne, Texas. As a Billing Clerk, you will be primarily responsible for executing accounts receivable duties and data processing tasks. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and is well-suited for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute billing functions and manage customer accounts efficiently.
• Process and post customer payments regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address and resolve billing inquiries.
• Use proprietary systems for data entry and data processing tasks.
• Operate Excel to create and manage spreadsheets related to billing and accounts receivable.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the team lead.
• Use billing software such as NetSuite and Workday ERP to streamline billing functions.
• Ensure all billing and accounts receivable tasks align with industry best practices.
• Actively engage in the management of client accounts and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.• Possess at least 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to perform various billing functions accurately.
• Experience in billing collection is essential.
• Proficient in using billing software to manage and streamline billing processes.
• Solid experience in using NetSuite for financial management and planning.
• Experience with Workday ERP for managing financial and business processes.
