School Counselor Position Available in Burton, MI

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in the Burton, MI area to find a full-time onsite School Counselor for the 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about enriching students lives and has experience in counseling.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a school counseling program that promotes student success
  • Prepare student schedules
  • Value and respond to the diversity and individual differences of students
  • Ensure equitable access to opportunities and rigorous curriculum for all students
  • Provide direct support services through structured conventions
  • Evaluate areas of strength and advocate for students

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have Masters Degree from accredited institution
  • Candidates must hold Certification in School Counseling
  • Experience in field is preferred
