The Recruiting Specialist’s primary responsibility is to focus on finding the best talent for our client customers by utilizing a wide range of recruiting sources to draw the best candidates to Partners Personnel. More importantly, their passion is to truly understand the specific needs and skill sets of our Associates that ultimately result in a loyal and satisfied workforce. They are the face of the brand and champions of our values which include:

Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to learn computer systems
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
