Job Description

- Maintain a basic sewing process: changing/threading needles; securing attachments

- Perform process steps as instructed

- Maintain high quality of workmanship with attention to detail

- Achieve acceptable daily output

- Perform quality checks

- Provide feedback to area supervision on performance of process and equipment

- Follow instructions for production

Work Environment

Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (2:15 PM is early out if they do not use their afternoon break). OT: 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM - Currently running 10-hour shifts due to being short-staffed. The idea is once fully staffed, they can go back to the 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM schedule. The facility itself is very clean, organized, mild in temperature, and well-lit. It is very quiet in this area; employees can listen to their headphones (1 earbud) during their work hours. Gym shoes, casual dress, and eye protection are required.
