Description
looking for an IT Technician with about 1-3 years of experience to join their team in Royal Oak, MI. This person will be focused on day-to-day support of the firm, using Microsoft. They typically receive email requests from users to resolve issues (about 3-5 per day). Outside of that, they\'ll be handling any other issues that come up.
This person will be the sole IT resource at the company and will need to be willing to handle any issues related to technology, including troubleshooting copiers/printers. As they move to a more work-from-home culture, this person will be needed to support that effort.
They are looking for someone who has great communication and troubleshooting skills, and is eager to help out where needed.

TEKsystems\' client is looking for an IT Technician to assist with troubleshooting and day-to-day support of their office.
This will be the sole IT resource supporting the firm, so it provides an interesting opportunity for someone looking to expand their technical skills and not be siloed into one thing. It will give someone an opportunity to learn new skills and be challenged in a long-term opportunity.
Work Environment
8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday (37.5 hour week)
It is very fast-paced and abrupt. It\'s business casual environment, not super formal. All employees are working onsite, following COVID procedure.
