Responsibilities
We want to welcome you to the family, so being a good fit is key. Some of the responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist's to onboard our recently hired candidates and assess background checks
- Following up on background check documentation
- Analyze all components of background check including drug screening, employment, education, criminal, and credit
- Conducting follow up calls
- I9 Documentation and Onboarding of all new hires
- Acting as an integral part of the Talent and Team Member Services teams by offering solutions and suggestions for improvements
- Building and auditing reports to provide updates on Team Member Referral metrics and performance data to leadership.
Qualifications
Must Have Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related field
- Familiar with the process of assessing background check assessments
- Familiar with I9 documents and compliance
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Proven ability to withhold confidential information
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of hires
- Onsite attendance is required
- iCIMS knowledge preferred
