About the Position
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join a supportive team in a munity hospital in Indio, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced inpatient pharmacist looking to make a difference in a clinical setting. Youll be working with Cerner and Omnicell systems and collaborating with healthcare professionals across departments to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and dispense medication orders, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
  • Monitor patient drug therapies and provide drug information as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outes
  • Oversee and support pharmacy technicians and ensure pliance with hospital policies

Qualifications

  • Active Pharmacist license in California
  • 1+ year of inpatient pharmacy experience required
  • Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell systems preferred
