Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality? PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Clean Room Quality Inspectors in San Jose, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, clean room environment where you’ll play a key role in ensuring top-quality products.

About the Role:

As a Clean Room Quality Inspector, you’ll inspect incoming materials and final products to ensure they meet high industry and customer standards. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a culture of excellence in quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect Materials & Products: Perform inspections on raw materials and finished products, ensuring they meet IQA and industry standards.

  • Quality Monitoring: Identify and separate non-conforming items, document them accurately, and support quality audits.

  • Collaborate & Report: Record results, assist with in-process audits, and escalate any quality issues for a seamless workflow.

  • Maintain Standards: Keep the clean room up to standard, following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in quality inspection or a related field.

  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

  • Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers). Knowledge of sampling procedures (AQL) is a plus

Physical Requirements:

You’ll work in a clean room environment, performing tasks that may involve lifting, carrying, and close visual inspection.

Pay Details: 21.00 to 23.00 per hour
