We are offering a contract-hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Oxnard, California. In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our finance team, primarily focusing on processing, matching, and posting invoices, as well as managing vendor reconciliations. You'll also have the chance to work with various departments and maintain accurate and timely records using Epicor ERP.


Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable activities for multiple entities

• Work with different departments to ensure transaction accuracy

• Use Epicor ERP software for maintaining records of all payable activities

• Ensure prompt and accurate processing, matching, and posting of invoices

• Regularly check vendor accounts, ensuring payments are up-to-date

• Conduct vendor reconciliations and address any discrepancies

• Keep well-organized files and records for auditing and compliance

• Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve any issues in a detail oriented manner.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes is a must for this role.
• Applicants should have a solid understanding of Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
• Familiarity with Epicor software is required for successful job performance.
• Mastery of Excel Formulas is essential to execute tasks efficiently.
