Job Details:
Sunbelt is actively seeking a School Counselor in the Ottawa, IL area for a K-8 caseload to provide counseling, support social-emotional learning, and collaborate with staff and families. The ideal candidate will help students navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling.
- Support social-emotional learning (SEL) programs.
- Collaborate with staff on student needs.
- Maintain student records and assist with crisis intervention.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Counseling or related field.
- IL School Counselor License (PEL with School Counselor endorsement).
- Experience with K-8 students preferred.
- Experience working with 504 plans.
- Ability to commute onsite near Ottawa, IL.
