Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team near Morrisville, NC This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students lives by supporting their behavioral and academic success within a collaborative school environment.

Position Overview:
  • Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Location: Near Morrisville, North Carolina
  • Type: Full-Time, School-Based
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students.
  • Monitor and record student behavior and progress, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting.
  • Work closely with teachers, school staff, and BCBAs to support students' academic and behavioral goals.
Requirements:
  • Certification: Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience: Prior experience working in schools or with children with special needs is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
