The position of Material Handler involves transporting products between our facilities in the South Park area of Seattle, as well as assisting the Material Handling team with material requisitions. This is a fast-paced role that requires retrieving and delivering products with high accuracy and efficiency. The individual will work closely with peers and supervisors daily. Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge are essential, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships. Attendance and punctuality are critical.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in loading and unloading products using pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Backfill other team activities including material requisition and receiving.
  • Work in a time-efficient manner and maintain productivity without direct supervision.
  • Use a computer and/or tablet to log warehouse movements.
  • Pull orders and scan products using a tablet.
  • Pull boxes off shelves by hand, matching SKUs with attention to detail.
  • Unload and load trucks and forklifts.
  • Help at the nearby warehouse when needed.
  • Find tasks to do during slow periods and maintain productivity during busy times.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Forklift experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with warehouse operations.
