Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Contracts Admin to join our team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution and administration of construction contracts, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preliminary Job Management: o Determine the appropriate timing for prelim work on projects 2. Prelim Preparation and Review: o Prepare preliminary documents and review contract agreements, identifying and addressing critical points. 3. Master Contract Understanding: o Demonstrate comprehension of master contracts and their phases. 4. Online Billing: o Experience with Supply Pro and Hyphen Solutions. 5. Reconciliation experience: o Reconcile internal bids with builder purchase orders. 6. Contract Amendments knowledge: o Understand contract amendments, job extra, and job options. 7. Billing Schedule Management: o Coordinate and manage multiple billing schedules efficiently. 8. Payment Automation: o Facilitate the setup and management of auto-pay systems. 9. Back Charge Management: o Knowledgeable in identifying, disputing, and resolving back charges. 10. Document Management: o Lead Sheets - Compile and maintain comprehensive contract files, ensuring all necessary documents are included. 11. Contract File Knowledge: o Experience in putting together a contract file and its contents. 12. Project Phasing and Billing: o Understand multi-phase projects and quick billing processes. 13. Insurance and Compliance: o Coordinate Certificates of Insurance for Workers' Compensation and Auto Insurance. 14. Insurance Programs: o Familiarity with Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP). 15. General Liability Insurance: o Differentiate between our General Liability Insurance and Builder General Liability Insurance. 16. Housing Types Understanding: o Understand the distinctions between multi-family and single-family dwellings. Qualifications:
• Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, billing procedures, and insurance requirements.

• Proficient in Hyphen Solution and Supply Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with online billing systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Additional Information: This candidate MUST have the experience listed above. If you have 80% or more of this experience, please submit your resume.
