Responsibilities:

• Oversee routine transactions related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations
• Accurately process invoices and keep all financial records up-to-date
• Assist in daily financial tasks as part of the finance team
• Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions for reference and auditing purposes
• Utilize financial software to reconcile company accounts regularly
• Document and update all financial transactions in the appropriate systems and ledgers
• Provide support for other accounting tasks as necessary to maintain workflow and meet deadlines
• Employ skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and QuickBooks for efficient and accurate financial management.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential for maintaining accurate financial records.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required, as this role involves managing outgoing bills and expenses.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary for tracking and managing incoming payments.
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is crucial to ensure that the company's bank accounts match the internal records.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required, as this software will be used regularly for managing financial tasks.
