Job DescriptionJob Description

The Maintenance Supervisor will aid in managing mechanical maintenance to ensure operations are running smoothly, ensuring safety and policy compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Assess mechanical performance to prevent failures and plan repairs.

  • Schedule and guide union millwrights.

  • Support large project planning and installations.

  • Implement preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

  • Oversee maintenance planning, repairs, and troubleshooting.

  • Develop solutions for equipment issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of mechanical supervision experience in a manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
