Product Manager

Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete software product lifecycle
• Curate technical roadmaps and implement strategic plans
• Train users and manage the user community, including requirements gathering and creating a user library
• Work cross-functionally across a variety of groups, including technology, curriculum developers, finance, and product budget owners
• Utilize Salesforce for various roles and responsibilities
• Implement products, train users, and manage changes effectively
• Develop an understanding of the products that are beneficial to the organization, how to utilize them, and what products to buy or change
• Research and work with vendors for product development and improvement
• Facilitate conversations between different groups, align goals, and document product usage
• Create training programs and webinars for product usage and implementation.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Management role
• Demonstrable experience with Salesforce Integration and Implementations
• Proficiency in Change Management and Organizational Change Management
• Proven skills in Gathering Requirements for product development
• Experience in Cross Functional Project Management
• Ability to develop and manage Business Roadmaps
• Experience managing Project Stakeholders
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement and Management
• Experience conducting and managing Stakeholder Meetings
• Familiarity with Software Products and Lifecycle Management
• Ability to manage Organizational Changes
• Experience with Cross-functional Integration
• Ability to develop and manage Application Roadmaps
• Experience creating Implementation Roadmaps
• Proven skills in Stakeholder Communications
• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management and Lifecycle Workflow
