Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, CNC equipment, cutting machines, and assist other machine operators as needed. This role requires a blend of mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, CNC equipment, and cutting machines.
  • Assist other machine operators as needed.
  • Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including schematic reading and working with 3-phase systems.
  • Work with heavy industrial control panels and 480v motors.
  • Handle hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
  • Conduct PLC troubleshooting and repair tasks.
  • Maintain and repair equipment as required.
  • Read and interpret blueprints for maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repair
  • Experience with 3-phase electrical systems
  • Knowledge of heavy industrial control panels
  • Experience with 480v motors
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics expertise
  • PLC troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment

Work Environment

The work schedule is from 7 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, with occasional Fridays. The team comprises 300 individuals working in production and warehouse settings. Steel toe shoes are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00

medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, 10 days pto first year, direct placement, full benefits and eligible after 30 days

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Dallas,TX.
