Grade Levels: Elementary, Middle, and High School

Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team in South Carolina. With multiple openings available, this is an excellent opportunity to support students across different grade levels by implementing tailored instructional strategies to meet their unique learning needs. As a key team member, you will collaborate with colleagues and families to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
  • Adapt general education curriculum to accommodate individual learning styles and needs.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, updating IEPs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to implement effective instructional strategies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages academic and social growth.
  • Maintain open communication with families, providing regular updates on student progress.
Qualifications:
  • Valid South Carolina Special Education Teaching Certification.
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
Position Details:
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 37.5 - 40 hours per week
  • School Year: 2024/2025
