Blazer Jobs is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Burgaw, NC. Join us to provide exceptional support to students and help them achieve their full potential through effective behavioral interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions as outlined in individualized behavior plans.
  • Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Record and analyze data on student behaviors to track progress and inform adjustments to interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school personnel to support student success.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Education, License, and Certification Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
  • Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • North Carolina state requirements for working in schools.
  • At least one year of experience providing behavioral support to children or adolescents.
