Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Specialist in the Service industry located in Irving, Texas. The role will be primarily remote, with some on-site requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage the sourcing of potential candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Indeed.
• Review and screen resumes for suitability for roles.
• Be proactive in making calls for candidate sourcing and screening.
• Handle the onboarding process and act as the main point of contact for new team members.
• Conduct welcome and quality check calls to new team members.
• Collaborate with operations and district managers on offer letters and other related tasks.
• Complete background checks for new team members and assist with benefits inquiries.
• Engage in light market research and sourcing activities.
• Use ICIMS software for administrative and reporting tasks such as new team member reports.
• Establish connections with vocational schools and military recruiting avenues for potential candidates.• The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the service industry
• Prior experience in integrating new team members is essential
• Proficiency in human resources administration is required
• Experience in mentoring new team members is highly desirable
• Familiarity with conducting orientations for new team members is a key requirement
• Experience in training new team members is necessary
• Ability to conduct orientations for new team members is essential
• Strong skills in employee relations are needed
• Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction is a plus
• Previous experience in administrative assistance is required
• Proficiency in benefits administration is essential
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary
