Virtual SLP Position for California Schools

VocoVision & ProCare Therapy areseekingmotivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologists to join our remote network in California. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing essential services to students through teletherapy. As an integral member of our network, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, collaborate with educators and parents, and contribute to the academic success and personal development of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings.
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions using teletherapy platforms to address speech and language disorders, including articulation, language delays, fluency, and voice disorders.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and achievement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation required for IEP meetings and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • California state licensure (CTC) or eligibility for licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
  • Previous experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators.
