Position Overview:
Were excited to offer multiple openings for School Psychologists in Waukegan, Illinois, for the 2024-2025 school year This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact on students' academic and emotional development. Positions are available at both the elementary and high school levels. Counseling duties are optional, and each position offers a chance to be involved in meaningful work, such as IEP meetings, evaluations, and MTSS. Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations for students and provide diagnostic services.
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings.
• At the high school level, focus on completing evaluations and leading IEP meetings.
• At the elementary level, be involved in evaluations, IEP meetings, and MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support).
• Optional: Provide counseling services as needed.
• Maintain caseloads of approximately 40 evaluations per year.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology required.
• Illinois State School Psychologist license required.
• Experience in completing evaluations, leading IEP meetings, and working with diverse student populations.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Elementary and High School settings.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time.
  • High School: 7:30 AM 3:00 PM.
  • Elementary: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: 2024-2025 school year with an option to extend.
