Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for Maintenance Mechanic in Memphis, TN who will provide general oversight and responsibility for equipment and personnel within assigned building. The Maintenance Associate will strive to promote efficiency in all aspects of his/her building. Uptime, labor hours, repairs, and PM completion will be tracked and evaluated against enterprise and national benchmarks. If you are interested and has the requirements listed below, APPLY NOW


Work Schedule:

-330am-130pm [Mon-Fri w potential for weekends/OT]

-10am-8pm [Mon-Fri w potential for weekends/OT]

Duration: 2-months (potential renewal)


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Be on time
  • Have excellent attendance
  • Meet or exceed plant up-time goal of 98%.
  • Maintain building call response time of 2 minutes or less.
  • Actively patrol assigned building to proactively address equipment issues.
  • Report all major issues to Chief Engineer and Production Manager. Assist with resolution.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationship between building maintenance crew and production team.
  • Completion at 100%.
  • Other duties as needed or assigned.
  • Follow all company safety rules
  • Be able to work well with a diverse workforce
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Possess and maintain a positive attitude
  • Be able to work past the schedule, as issues may arise
  • This position may at times be physically demanding. Lifting and moving of objects heavier than 50lbs can be expected regularly.
  • The plant environment may be quite warm during certain times of the year.
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift is necessary.
