Job Posting: School Behavior Aide Lakeview, CA (Male Candidate)

Soliant Education is currently seeking a male Behavior Aide to join a school in Lakeview, California. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dedicated professional to work with students with moderate to severe disabilities. We are looking for a team player who can start immediately and has a background in supporting students within a school environment.

Position Details:

  • Location: Lakeview, CA
  • Disabilities: Moderate to Severe
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Requirements:
    • CPR and First Aid Trained
    • 2+ Years of Experience working with individuals with disabilities
    • School Experience Required (Clinical experience alone will not be considered)
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support to students with moderate to severe disabilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of the special education team
  • Assist in maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff to promote student success

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, specifically in a school setting
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to start immediately and hit the ground running
