Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
As an HR Generalist/Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions. This role involves ensuring compliance with farm labor contractor regulations, managing service agreements, handling employee and labor relations, administering benefits and Workers’ Compensation, overseeing leave of absence (LOA) administration, and maintaining overall HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure farm labor contractor compliance and manage related documentation. Administer and review service agreements.
Handle employee and labor relations issues effectively
Manage benefits administration, including health, dental, and retirement plans. Oversee Workers’ Compensation claims and processes.
Administer Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Monitor and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Analyst with a solid understanding of HR functions and longevity
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Bilingual abilities are not required but are considered a significant advantage.
