Job Responsibilities:

  • Support students individually or in small groups under the direction of teachers or special education staff.
  • Help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
  • Assist with classroom management and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Supervise students during classroom activities, as well as outside the classroom.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Prior experience in educational settings or related fields is a plus.
