Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for working within the manufacturing facility to manufacture window shades. You will ensure that products are manufactured to a high standard while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out assigned duties in line with the company’s Operational Procedures.
  • Ensure products are being manufactured to a high standard and quality is constantly maintained.
  • Work as a member of the wider production team to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time dispatch targets are met.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workstation and/or area.
  • Read and understand Standard Work Instructions in the form of text and pictures.
  • Operate any machinery/power tools in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Conduct basic quality checks.
  • Report equipment faults to your designated supervisor.
  • Report for work on time and perform to the best of your ability when on site.
  • Work in a range of departments including Production Lines, Aluminium Processing, and Dispatch.
Essential Skills
  • Previous manufacturing production experience.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in production, general labor, and packaging.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
