Seeking a Bilingual Paralegal for an International Humanitarian Organization

Are you a highly skilled paralegal with a passion for supporting global humanitarian efforts? Our client, a prestigious international organization, is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal to join their legal team as a contractor and contribute to their mission of providing critical aid around the world.

As a Bilingual Paralegal, you will:

  • Draft and review legal documents: Assist in the preparation, review, and proofreading of contracts, agreements, and policies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain critical legal records: Support the management and updating of the Office of the Legal Counsel’s Agreement registry and database, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring compliance.
  • Provide expert support: Respond to requests for legal information, ensuring accuracy and adherence to office standards and protocols.

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with formal training in the paralegal field (a paralegal certification is a plus).
  • Fluency in English or Spanish, with working knowledge of the other language.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in paralegal work, or a combination of work experience and college courses in the paralegal field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Word).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $25.00 to $28.00
