School Psychologist - Full-Time Position (2024-2025 School Year)
Location: Mulberry, KY
Soliant Education is currently hiring a full-time School Psychologist in the Mulberry, KY area for the 2024-2025 school year. This position offers a fulfilling role providing support and assessment services to students during school hours.
Position: School Psychologist
Caseload: General School Psychologist Duties
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students' academic and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
- Collaborate with SPED teachers and other school staff to address student concerns and create individualized support plans.
- Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress, including report writing.
- Participate in the development of IEPs and other educational planning as required.
Requirements:
- Kentucky School Psychologist Certification
- Previous experience in school psychology preferred
- Experience working with students with severe and extensive behavioral disorders
- Strong assessment and report-writing skills
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
