Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in semiconductor manufacturing? We're looking for dedicated individuals to operate semiconductor-processing equipment in a cleanroom environment. Your work will be crucial in achieving our daily production goals, focusing on photolithography, pattern transfer, substrate cleaning, and metrology.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate Equipment: Manage both manual and computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality standards.
  • Set Up & Manage: Handle complex equipment setups and operations.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with team members to process wafers and optical components.
  • Optimize Performance: Use software to track and improve operational performance.
  • Ensure Quality: Follow quality management procedures and identify any issues.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep a clean and safe working environment.
  • Multitask: Take on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
What You Need:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of light lifting and carrying, and able to sit or stand for 3-5 hours.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience: Previous work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
  • Microscope Use: Skilled in using microscopes.
  • Assembly Skills: Experience in electronics assembly.
  • Computer Savvy: Comfortable with Excel and Word.
  • Dexterity: Good manual dexterity.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to learn and operate complex machinery.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent Worker: Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Your Work Environment:
  • Cleanroom: Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing a 'bunnysuit'.
  • Chemical Handling: Periodically handle up to 1 gallon of chemicals with PPE.
  • Shifts: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, with 8 hours of guaranteed overtime pay every other week.
  • Breaks: Three 30-minute breaks, with the option to combine for an extended lunch.
  • Facilities: Onsite cafeteria and breakroom with lunch and snack options.
