Position: School Psychologist
Location: Dighton, MA
Pay: Competitive rate of $40-50+ per hour
Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit

Job Description:

Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling

As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and academic success of students in Dighton by providing assessment, intervention, and consultation services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions and support plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to interventions as necessary.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on mental health issues and effective strategies for supporting students.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records related to assessments, interventions, and student progress.
  • Stay current with best practices and regulations in school psychology to provide high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Current Massachusetts state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff.

Interview Process:

  1. Screening Call: Approximately 10-15 minutes with our recruiting team.
  2. Zoom Interview: Detailed interview session with the hiring team to discuss your qualifications and fit for the role.
  3. Offers: Typically extended within 24 hours after the Zoom interview.
