Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in our Managed Services sector located in ANDOVER, Connecticut, United States. As a Help Desk Analyst II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining strong interpersonal communication with users and vendors, and demonstrating a solid understanding of supported software and technologies.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective communication with users and vendors
• Display a strong understanding of supported software and technologies such as Office365, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.
• Exhibit a commitment to teamwork, continuous education, and problem-solving
• Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail
• Maintain flexibility and dependability in job performance
• Utilize skills with HP, HPE, Office365, Fortinet or similar security vendors, Cisco, and Citrix technologies.
• Utilize Active Directory skills effectively
• Demonstrate a passion for exceptional customer service.• Proficiency in Active Directory is mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Managed Services industry
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ticketing systems is desirable
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Proven customer service skills
• Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Relevant IT certifications are considered an asset
• Must be able to work flexible hours, if required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
