About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and experience working in commercial buildings. This role is essential for maintaining the functionality, safety, and comfort of the properties we manage. You will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of all building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and adjustments.
Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components.
Inspect and diagnose mechanical problems, and coordinate repairs as needed.
Monitor building automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
Respond to tenant service requests and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist with preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment.
Maintain records of all building systems, repairs, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Engineer, with a focus on commercial properties.
Proven expertise in HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Certifications in HVAC or related fields are a plus.
