Pay Rate: Competitive Hourly and Weekly Pay

We are now hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year The district is seeking an experienced and skilled BCBA with prior school district experience to join their team. Youll play an integral role in supporting students, staff, and families while implementing effective behavior programs that foster academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate and analyze student behavior.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support positive behavior strategies in both classroom and home environments.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff on behavioral techniques and data collection methods.
  • Regularly evaluate student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive support for students.
  • Serve as a resource and consultant for school staff and families, helping address behavior-related challenges and promote student success.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working in a school district or similar educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of FBA processes, behavior intervention strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families to implement and support behavior interventions.
