Job Description

This position is responsible for the set-up, clean up, and production associated with the packing of cream cheese products. The role involves operating various production line equipment and assisting with packaging and shipping processes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate production line equipment including packers, positive pumps, processors, and labelers.
  • Set up labelers, install heat seals on products, and assemble positive pumps.
  • Inspect product for quality and accuracy.
  • Load cups into boxers, requiring wrist twisting and gripping.
  • Assist with packaging products into boxes for shipping.
  • Support other departments with finishing products at any point of the production line.

Work Environment

Shift: 12-hour shifts (2-week rotating) from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (2 on 3 off & 3 on 2 off). Work in an 80,000 square foot warehouse that operates 24/7.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casa Grande, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
