Location: Asheboro, NC
Start/End Dates: ASAP - 6/13/2025
Position Type: 1.0 FTE (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)
Work Environment: Itinerant (3-4 Schools)
Pay: $41-48 per hour; Based on Experience
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in Asheboro. This position is essential in supporting the mental health and educational needs of our K-12 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide screening and evaluation services.
- Write detailed reports based on assessments.
- Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Valid state certification as a School Psychologist.
- Relevant experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Familiarity with ECATS software/systems is a plus.
