Production Associate

Job Description
We are hiring production associates to work in different departments at our plant. You will be responsible for maintaining production goals set by your supervisors. Your duties may include machine operation, visual quality inspection, assembly, and packing products for shipment. This is a union plant, so you must be open to a union environment and flexible with shifts.
Responsibilities- Operate machinery as required by the specific department
- Perform visual quality inspections to ensure product standards
- Assemble products according to guidelines
- Pack products for shipment in an efficient and accurate manner
- Maintain production goals as set by supervisors
- Experience in machine operating
- Forklift operation
- Experience as a production associate or production worker
- Experience in production, manufacturing, and assembly
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience

Our pay scale increases with tenure, with raises typically every April, and guaranteed raises at the 3-month and 1-year marks.
Work EnvironmentThis is an automotive glass manufacturing facility with a union environment (UAW). You must be flexible with your work schedule. There are multiple openings available. Please check the tracker for detailed information on all openings.
