Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDistribution Worker: Monticello, WisconsinOur customer in Monticello, Wisconsin, is a growing facility that values innovation and efficiency. To support the facility's expansion, they are seeking reliable, hard-working, and motivated individuals to join their team. Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a cold environment
  • Basic computer and measuring skills
  • Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay for Distribution Worker:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
  • Bonus: $2.00/hour
Type: 1st Shift, Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (flexible, but preferably no later than a 2:00pm start)Primary Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain storage areas & coolers
  • Receive, verify, and organize materials
  • Assist with unloading and loading trucks
  • Verify and update tags on skids and racks
  • Ensure materials are efficiently organized for both production and shipping departments
  • Monitor daily temperatures and report any issues to the maintenance department
  • Safely operate warehousing equipment
  • Prepare for incoming products to streamline the receiving process
  • Order picking and pulling materials for production
